END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Effective Date: April 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Infinitrix Group, the publisher of the Comic Dimension News mobile app ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. License Grant

Infinitrix Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Comic Dimension News app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the App is strictly prohibited.

3. Content Ownership

All articles, graphics, and features in the App are copyrighted by Comic Dimension News / Infinitrix Group. You may not republish or reuse this content outside of the App without permission.

4. AdMob Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. These ads may be personalized or contextual, depending on user behavior and Google’s advertising settings. By using the App, you consent to the use of AdMob services and data collection in accordance with Google’s policies.

5. Data and Privacy

The App does not collect personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided (e.g. via contact forms). Analytics and ad-related cookies may be used to monitor usage and improve performance. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Updates & Termination

Infinitrix Group may update or discontinue the App at any time. Your license will automatically terminate if you breach any part of this EULA. You may terminate this license by deleting the App from your device.

7. Limitation of Liability

Infinitrix Group shall not be held liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or advertisement behavior.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Imphal, Manipur courts.
